Store policy
OzBeez offers delivery of premium Australian honey products across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Delivery: Orders are prepared after confirmation and verification of customer details. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on location and product availability. Delivery fees are displayed before order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or periods of high demand. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Pickup: Self-pickup may be available when offered by the store, subject to prior confirmation of the pickup location and time with the OzBeez team. Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or an unanswered phone call, we will contact the customer to arrange another attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply after notifying the customer. We take care to ensure that every order arrives safely, with proper packaging to preserve product quality.
